Shelby Muir from Glendale Elementary won 1st Place blue ribbon for the Centennial Art Contest put together by the Vero Beach Art Club. Her watercolor hibiscus was awarded 1st place in the K-5th grade division for the district. Her art along with all participants will be used to create a Centennial poster for Vero Beach.
